RETURNS

If you're not 100% satisfied or something didn't fit right you can send it back for a full refund at no cost! Before sending it back feel free to contact us about swapping out for another size or item as we are here to help make sure you get exactly what you want (as long as we have it). Read the instructions below to learn how to return any items you have for free!

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For returns, please follow the instructions below.
  1. Please call us at 410-267-7669 or email us at info@pureboardshop.com
  2. Give us your order number and request to return your item/s
  3. We will then email you a return label which should be put on either the box we shipped the item/s in or your own shipping box
  4. Return the box with label to either a USPS Post Office or UPS Store depending on the shipping service on the return label.
  5. All items returned will be inspected to make sure that they are unworn and/or not used and still in there original condition. You will be contacted if we find any issues with your return.
  6. After inspection your order will be refunded for the price of the item/s returned plus any original shipping fee's.
  7. All returns must be within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

 

MORE RETURN INFO

  • We do not accept returns of assembled, custom complete skateboards.
  • Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately.
  • Please allow 3 -7 business days for your refund to go through and be posted to your account
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
  • Feel free to keep any stickers or magazines we sent with your order, think of it as a little gift from us to you!

 

PACKAGING

  • To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
  • Shoe boxes, boot boxes, binding boxes, and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.

 

CLOTHING

  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, makeup stains, etc.

 

FOOTWEAR

  • Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Footwear must be sent back with any additional laces and any other promotional items sent with the footwear
  • If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on.

 

WARRANTIES

All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and we will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. If for any reason a manufacturer does not properly handle your defective product claim, simply let us know and we will take care of you.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental US! Shipping charges will apply to products that are available by phone orders.
